I am delighted to tell you that Choosing Happiness – Find joy and contentment in your life e-course is now open for registration! If you’d like to bring more happiness into your everyday, and build resilience to deal with life’s twists and turns, this is the course for you.

Choosing Happiness is a four-week course and class begins on Monday 13 February. During the four weeks we will focus on the key areas of:
:: Gratitude
:: Contributing and Connecting
:: Wellbeing
:: Environment
:: Purpose
:: Play

During the four weeks you will receive:
:: Four emails each week including the written material to download and read, plus a recorded version if you prefer to listen
:: Four recorded guided meditations
:: A digital copy of my Happiness Manifesto
:: A set of inspiring computer and phone wallpapers

You will also find connection, support and inspiration in the dedicated private Facebook group.

By giving you the knowledge, the reasoning behind it, and the tools to implement, I will put the power into your own hands to live the happier life you choose.
