Make a Start 5-day challenge

Join me for this procrastination challenge

make a start

Procrastination is something that comes hand in hand with ADHD, and with it frustration, shame and stress. We can find it so incredibly hard to get going on something we need, or even want, to do and berate ourselves for it.

In the Quiet ADHD Club in October we’re tackling this with a whole host of ways we can work with our brains to get past procrastination – and you’re invited!

Make a Start – a five-day challenge for when you know what you want to do but can’t seem to begin

Each day from Monday 19 to Friday 23 October Club members will get a post supporting you to explore:

  • why we struggle with task initiation and procrastination
  • the big drivers of procrastination
  • swapping advice that doesn’t work for us for what is of real use
  • practical tools to work with our brains
  • making a start on a task you’ve struggled to get going with

By the end of this Challenge you’ll have:

✨ a clear understanding of why you procrastinate (and why it isn’t a personal failing)

⭐️ a toolkit you can put into use any time you find yourself procrastinating

💫 less of the shame, self-blame and stress you’ve carried for years

🌟 and made a start!

You can choose to read or listen to the posts, and they’ll be stored in the Club resource library so you can access them any time.

Come join us in the Quiet ADHD Club and not only will you get the Make a Start challenge, you’ll also get access to a wealth of resources and practical tools around overthinking, RSD, confidence, self-compassion, nervous system regulation and much more.

It’s there to dip in and out of as you choose. Come to the Club, find the support that feels useful now, and then come back another day when you need something different.

And when you want company too, there are optional body doubling sessions, accountability check-ins, Q&As and other opportunities to connect with fellow quiet ADHD women.

Join the Quiet ADHD Club and the Make a Start 5-day challenge as a monthly member here or an annual member here (get three months free).

Calm support for your ADHD life, whenever you need it

The Quiet ADHD Club is for the more introverted, sensitive woman who’s discovered their ADHD later in life. You may need more time and space to process things, find too much interaction draining, or simply not recognise yourself in the louder, more outwardly chaotic picture of ADHD you so often see.

“I can report the tax return is complete, as is all of my pile of scanning. It feels good. I have noticed so much rewiring happening in my brain since discovering the Quiet ADHD Club.”
