Help me to help you

Help me to help you

Yes, I am quoting Jerry Maguire. For good reason.

I’ve been thinking about what I want to share with you in these blog posts, in the newsletters I send, what to fill the Nook of Inspiration with, and what material and courses to create that will utilise my experience and knowledge of happiness research to be of most benefit to you.

You see, when it comes down to it, all I want to do is help you be happy. Not in a superficial, rainbow-filled, let’s-pretend-everything’s-perfect way. I’m talking about the kind of happiness that’s deep in your bones – the contentment and joy that you experience through appreciating the good in your life, connecting with people, having a purpose, taking care of yourself and others, and living your life the best way you can.

No-one’s life is simple, we all get thrown massive, knock-you-sideways curveballs in our lives. But how you deal with these plot twists has a huge impact on your wellbeing and your enjoyment of day to day life.

It’s how to experience the authentic, real-life, bone-deep happiness that I want to share with you and for that I need your input. Hence Jerry Maguire.

Survey-prize

I’ve devised a survey that only takes a couple of minutes to fill in. I know your time is valuable so everyone who completes the survey will receive a little something from me. Plus, you’ll have the chance of winning this tote bag full of wellbeing goodies such as journals, notebooks, note pads and cards.

Take the survey

By sharing your opinion I’ll be able to provide you with the information, tools and inspiration that will make the biggest difference to your life and empower you to live the happy life you want and deserve. Thank you bucketloads in advance, I’m enormously appreciative.
