I work with women who overthink and worry about everyday life more than they would like to. It takes up their time and energy, it gets in the way of them enjoying the life as fully as they want to, and they are ready to make changes and free themselves from overthinking.
If during our conversations I feel your worry is preventing you from functioning in everyday life, or if it takes the form of a phobia or anxiety disorder, I may recommend a referral to an alternative professional such as a counsellor or psychotherapist, and we can have a discussion to decide the best way forward.
