🤯 When we've got so much to do, people needing 🤯 When we've got so much to do, people needing you to do stuff, responsibilities to meet… we HAVE to go faster, push through, keep going non-stop onto the next thing and the next thing, right?😲 Yeah, I'm going to say… no.🥰 When it feels like you have no time, taking time to do what soothes, what nourishes and energises you is in fact going to make it more possible for you to do what's needed WITHOUT feeling so stressed, harassed and frazzled and WHILE feeling lighter, calmer and more joyful.🧐 Sounds contradictory? Absolutely it does, because we're taught that busy is best, we need to do all the things, be super productive, meet everyone's expectations and needs to be the good person we want (and should) be.😧 But that's simply not true.
